White browed robin chat-small

Identification:

A large robin chat with a prominent white supercilium, black crown and bright orange underparts.

Habitat:

Mostly in evergreen thickets adjacent to river courses, parks and gardens.

Behaviour:

Common resident, sedentary and usually in pairs. An accomplished mimic.

Diet:

Mainly ants, beetles, moths, termites and sometimes fruit.

Breeding:

Monogamous. A cup nest is built by the female.
